Gourmet delight - RAW DUCK BREAST, rich and tender, perfect for searing, roasting, or cooking to bring out its succulent flavors.


HOW TO USE :-

  1. Thaw - Thaw the duck breast in the refrigerator overnight or use the microwave thaw function. 

  2. Score The Skin - Carefully score the skin in a criss-cross pattern, being mindful not to cut into the meat.

  3. Season - Season generously with salt and pepper, and consider adding other spices or herbs like garlic powder, paprika, or thyme.

  4. Cook - You can choose to pan-fry, bake, or roast the duck breast.

  5. Pan-fry - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the duck breast skin-side down, and cook until the skin is crispy and golden brown.

  6. Bake - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the duck breast skin-side up on a baking sheet, and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

  7. Roast - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the duck breast skin-side up in a roasting pan. Cover with foil and roast for about 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue roasting for another 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through and the skin is crispy. 

  8. Rest - Let the duck breast rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

  9. Slice - Slice the duck breast diagonally and serve.
