HOW TO USE :-

  1. Thawing: 
    * Refrigerator Thawing: The safest method is to thaw frozen crab meat in the refrigerator overnight.

    * Cold Water Thawing: For faster thawing, place the crab meat (still in its sealed package) under cold running water for 30-60 minutes.

  2. Cold Serving: 
    * Seafood Platter: Arrange thawed crab meat on a chilled seafood platter with other delicacies.

    * Crab Salad: Mix with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and other ingredients for a classic crab salad.

    * Crab Louie: In some regions, crab salad is served on lettuce with a special sauce, known as Crab Louie.

  3. Warm Serving: 
    * Steaming: Steam frozen crab legs or crab meat for a few minutes until heated through.

    * Microwaving: If microwaving, be careful to avoid overcooking.
