COOKING INSTRUCTIONS -
1. If frozen, thaw at room temperature.
2. Remove all packaging. Once defrosted... Do Not prick the sausages.
3. Usage - After opening, they are best used within the use-by date even if refrigerated.
4. Pan Fry/Sauté - Pan-fry on medium heat with a little olive/sunflower/canola oil for 3-5 minutes on each side until evenly golden brown with tender meat inside and crispy skin outside.
5. Grill - Preheat griller/oven to medium, lightly oil the sausages. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning until golden brown..juicy inside yet crispy outside.
6. BBQ - Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning regularly to avoid charring.
